This modern allergy aware facility offers programming and services of the Recreation Department , Deployment Support Centre and  Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre as well as the home of the CANEX Expressmart.  This shared facility meets many of the community's needs and the first multifunctional building at Garrison Petawawa.  This means that the community receives the very best services as well as diversified programming to meet everyone's needs.

The facility houses Before and After School Club, Child Care Services, Kiddie Kollege Nursery School, Parent and Tot Drop-In Services, Teen Scene: Petawawa Youth Centre, a gymnasium, cardio equipment and meeting rooms.
