Elements of the JTF2 Operator Test :
1.5 mile run (2400 Meters) 9:45 minutes or less40 continuous push-ups
40 sit-ups in one minute
5 continous pull-ups
1 RM bench press of 65kg
basic military swim test minimum 24hrs prior to testing

The test elements for the JTF Special Operations Coxswain are the same as above with the following exceptions:
1.5 mile run in 11:00 minutes or less
40 sit-ups in one minute
5 continous pull-ups
1 RM bench press of 65kg
basic military swim test minimum 24hrs prior to testing
Minimum in each element does not equate to the required 75 accumulated points needed to pass.

Points to keep in mind prior to testing:

No smoking, large meals or beverages with caffeine 2 hours prior to testing
No vigorous exercise or alcohol 6 hours prior to testing
Wear PT dress with good running shoes
Medical Chits

Obtain a medical chit from your MO to indicate you are fit for testing if:

You have Asthma
Blood pressure over 140/90
Heart rate over 100 beats per minute
If you would answer yes to any of the health questions on the D 279.
