Description: Circuit Training classes are a great way to fit in a total body workout anywhere. They can be performed outside, inside, with minimal equipment, in 15 minutes, 40 minutes or longer. The beauty of circuit classes is that anyone can do it, options are given for all exercsies (in case of inability to complete certain exercises), and you go as hard (we like to see you give it your all) as you can.
PSP offers a large array of different circuit classes pending on what the group is training, their end goal, the fitness level of the pariticipants, where the class is being held, equipment available and how much time is allotted.
Circuit classes follow a logical sequence with an easy followup. They may run cardio/muscular, one muscle group to another muscle group...the variances are endless.
Some circuit classes that may assist you in choosing what is best for your group are listed below:
-
Beginner/Advanced
-
Lower Body/Upper Body/Total Body
-
Core/Box Conditioning/Athletic/Sport Specific/Task Specific
