Description: It includes aerobic/anaerobic intervals mixed with recovery periods to improve your fitness level, increase your muscular strength and endurance and improve your cycle technique. To top it off, it will also improve your posture and it's a great low-impact break from running. It's an awesome workout, it'll get your heart racing and your muscles working! We offer introductory to advanced classes depending on the experience and needs of your group. Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel. Minimum/maximum participation is 8/25 persons respectively.
The spin room is available for bookings when it is not in use by our programs.
Our Spin room is located upstairs in the military training room. There are 30 bikes available to be used under the direction of a qualified instructor.
