Stress: Take Charge

Stress: Take Charge is a stress management program designed and tested specifically for the Canadian Military as part of Strengthening the Forces, to improve the health and well being of the serving member.

Stress: Take Charge is a self-directed approach to stress management through self-awareness, behavior change and skill building.  It will support participants in their identification of the strategies that they already use and those that they will begin to implement in order to optimize their stress hardiness.

Stress management is a daily balancing act that has an impact on physical and mental well being.  

The Stress: Take Charge! Course is designed for CF personnel who are ready to improve their stress management capabilities by learning stress management skills.

  • Stress and the Military
  • A.C.T. One:  Stress and Control
  • A.C.T. Two:   Creating a Stress Management Lifestyle
  • A.C.T. Three:  Taking Charge
