Membership Fee's
CAC or one-club membership: 
1 month membership: $60.00 per month plus HST;
6 month membership: $320 plus HST;
1 year membership: $585.00 plus HST (Payable Monthly)

Non-CAC Membership:
 1 month membership: $95.00 per month plus HST;
 6 month membership: $355 plus HST;
 1 year membership: $620.00 plus HST (Payable Monthly)

Family membership: $60.00 per month for the first member and $30.00 per month for the second member.  However, a minimum of 3 months must be agreed to.
