Shooting Club

The CFB Petawawa Shooting club welcomes both Military and Civilians alike to our club. We use military ranges and trained Range Safety Officers to provide both a safe and fun environment. We use Quebec range, which is a 50 meter outdoor pistol and shotgun range and Yankee range, which is a  600 meter known distance range. All ranges come with free Figure 11 and Figure 12 targets for the members to use.

Regular membership is open to everyone, military and civilian alike, and their dependents. Unlike other clubs, we do not have a membership quota and your restricted Authorization to Transport is done, free of charge, for all members owning restricted weapons. In order to bring restricted weapons onto CFB Petawawa, you must have an ATT through our club. Those under the age of 18 years cannot join, but may shoot when accompanied by a member.

The club does have some restriction on calibers that can be used.

Membership is $25.00 a year and you can join at Full Spectrum Gear in Petawawa. The ladies there will handle all your membership paperwork for you.

You also require a community access card (CAC) or a one club card, both of which can be purchased at the Recreation center on base

If you have any questions, please contact the club President, Ronnie Cheverie, at 613-639-0290 or through the club email at cfbpcg@gmail.com
