Kidz 1st programming offers the largest summer camp in Renfrew County operating out of two well-equipped facilities! Our camp experience and variety of activities makes us a popular destination for parents and children around the valley. Each year we include new theme days, unique special events, and awesome trip days to keep up with the current trends of our children and youth.
Our large staff is selected with care and participates in lengthly training to ensure we have Counsellors that encourage safe creative play. All staff is qualified in Standard First Aid and Epi-Pen Training. Daily activities are planned in advance that work with the week's theme or special activity scheduled. All activities are age appropriate and have a great balance of fun and skill development.
Summer Safari is committed to the inclusion of all children in the community. With assistance from supporting community partners, we support persons with intellectual and physical disabilities. Guardians must contact the Recreation Coordinator prior to registration and discuss support work options.
