
Wake Up Shape Up - A class designed for those that are ‘new-to-fitness’ or older adults. This class combines light cardio and resistance training with an emphasis on technique and endurance and assists with balance and flexibility. If you have made the commitment to become more active – then this is the class for you!!
Step it up! - This classic step class will make you sweat, with fun choreography and sweet tunes. Basic step patterns along with some athletic power moves to really get your heart pumping!
Muscle Pump – Balance your fitness routine with a class dedicated to muscle strength and endurance. This athletic based workout is designed to tone, strengthen, and define every major muscle group in your body using a variety of strength, power and endurance techniques and principles.
Cardio Combo - Get ready to sweat! This class is full of intervals, circuits and drills designed to get your heart pumping and muscles burning! It will be the class you love to hate. A cardio based class that will fuse multiple fitness styles into one. This creative class is designed to maximize your work out by challenging each participant to maintain a medium-high intensity pace.
Total Body Blast – This great work out focuses on both the small and large muscle groups. It uses various equipment to increase strength and your metabolism. Classes may have different formats, but can include either interval or continuous cardio (possibly utilizing sport moves) and strength moves for every major muscle group including core and balance exercises.
Spin – Bike like you have never biked before!! Spin is an exciting workout for the beginner or the seasoned cyclist. It is an excellent way to get a vigorous workout – burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape through endurance, interval strength and recovery rides. Qualified instructors will ensure proper technique and success.
Core Flow – A blend of tai chi and pilates, with a touch of yoga thrown in! Your recipe for a great fitness option that builds flexibility and strength.
Yoga – A relaxing Hatha Yoga class aimed at improving strength and flexibility through a series of poses, breath work and relaxation. Participants will experience the many health benefits of this ancient exercise.
X Fit – a strength and conditioning program for committed fitness enthusiasts – the program has scalability – allowing the same program to be used by scaling down (or up) the intensity and load.
Aquafit – Aqua Fitness is a multi-level class that caters to a wide range of fitness levels. This non-impact fitness option for cardio training and muscle conditioning is a safe and effective means of reaching your fitness goals. Participants do not need to know how to swim.
Aqua Boot Camp- Boot camp style plus water equals a total body tune up that will put you through the paces of a fun and interactive military style workout. This circuit style interval training class incorporates cardio and muscle training. This is a moderate to high intensity workout.
