The cardio course is a prerequisite to the Teen Weight Training Course. The Cardio portion can be done anytime at DDH by a staff member if time allots. Once the cardio portion is completed, written documentation must go to the Rec Plex to have the changes made to the CAC membership.

Courses are conducted by a certified personal trainer.  All teens ages 13 to 18 years are required to have this course to access cardio and weight equipment in PSP facilities.  Come out and learn the safe and effective way to utilize fitness equipment.
