Community Recreation Refund Policy

A full refund will be applied for one of the following reasons:

- The Community Recreation Department cancels a program/course; and

- A participant withdraws before the first day of the program/course.

A partial refund will be given for the following reasons:

- medical reasons;
- In cases where a family member is deployed; and
- postings.
