Challenge as part of campaign: 4 & 3 or more per day challenge (online 2 week vegetable and fruit tracker)
Theme: Vegetable and Fruit Preparation Background: Form the 2010 Vegetable and Fruit Campaign data, 27% of CF participants selected :cumbersome to prepare" as the biggest challenge to eating more vegetable and fruit. Therefore, a key component of the 2011 Vegetable & Fruit Campaign will be geared at highlighting easy ways to eat vegetable and fruit and will include activities around the preparation of vegetables and fruit.
