This is an excellent way to get used to the facility, meet the staff and learn how to have a safe workout. Bring a friend, these are group sessions.

Youth Fitness Training Seminar
Offered throughout the year for youth ages 13-17. This training, will allow youth to use the REC Centre, including Cardio & Weight training rooms WITHOUT parental supervision.
