Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA)

The local CFHA office is located at 21 Edgewood Road in the Crown Village of Ralston, which is situated halfway between the Trans Canada Highway and CFB Suffield.  CFHA is committed to providing trusted and valued housing services for military families across Canada.  Our office hours are 0800 - 1600 hours Monday to Friday (excluding Statutory holidays).

Our after hours emergency maintenance service provides complete emergency service 365 days of the year.  We also offer a self-help service to allow you to make minor repairs or approved improvements to your home.

Our local housing consists of 40 single units.

Please visit our website to find out more information (www.cfha-alfc.forces.gc.ca).  Once you have received your posting message you can apply for DND housing through your Brookfield Relocation Services representative or by completing and forwarding the application on the CFHA website.  Your application will become active 60 days prior to your COS date.  We attempt to allocate housing approximately 30-45 days prior to your COS date.

Once a home has been allocated, you will be provided additional details to assist in your relocation.  Please remember we cannot issue keys to a housing unit without written proof of insurance.

As there is no postal delivery to any of the Housing Units, please ensure that you contact the Post Office to arrange for a PO Box# by calling 403-544-5551.
