The RecPlex is a recreation complex that consists of two indoor pools, a small gymnasium and a cardio room. One of the pools is an 8-lane 25 metre pool and the second pool is a smaller warm-up pool.
The pools host a variety of adult aquatic programs and children & youth aquatic programs offered by the Community Recreation Association as well as Red Cross swim lessons and lifesaving courses.
Private and semi-private lessons can also be arranged. The pool consists of a 25-metre eight-lane pool plus a smaller warm-up pool, which is barrier free and ideal for infants and toddlers.
The RecPlex also offers a family change room for added flexibility and security for the pool users.
