...or are you concerned about someone else? You do not have to be alone with your thoughts of suicide or concerns for someone else who may be at risk of suicide. Take any suicidal thoughts or concerns for someone else seriously and ask for help. You may not know where to look, but help is available. Tell someone what you are thinking or if you are concerned about someone else. Be clear and direct. Others care and will do their best to understand and help.
