Health Promotion is on the move and bringing Strengthening the Forces programs directly to 8 Wing units. Due to operational tempo, focus has switched to targeted unit programming. For information on how to bring Health Promotion to your unit, please call x3768.

The BUTT OUT smoking cessation program is available by appointment.  Please call the Health Promotion office at x3768 for bookings.

All programs and services are free of charge. Programs are available to the entire CF / Defence Team: Regular and Reserve members; DND civilian and Non Public Fund employees.

Please note: A minimum of 10 participants is required to run a course. Courses are subject to cancellation or postponement if participant minimum is not reached 48hrs before course start date.
