Memberships fall into three categories; Regular, Ordinary and Associate Members. The Wing Commander approves the categories of memberships based on DND guidelines.
Regular Members include: Family members of the Regular & Reserver Force, family members of foreign military personnel on duty with the Canadian Forces.
Ordinary Members include: Retired military personnel, civilian public & non-public employees, retired civilian employees in receipt of an annuity, widows of former members of the CF, full-time DND contract employees, members of the RCMP.
Associate Members include: Anyone who does not meet the criteria of a Regular or Ordinary member is considered an Associate member. Membership is subject to the approval of the Wing Commander.

Restricted Access Hours: During the hours of 11:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Friday, access to the Gymnasium is resticted to military personnel and full-time civilian employees. During the hours of 10 pm to 6 am, the SS Gymnasium is restricted to miltary personnel only.
Members are required to present their membership cards to Reception when accessing the facilities
Cost of replacing a lost card: $10 + HST = $11.30
