Zumba (60 minutes)
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program. It involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges may also be included. Throw on your dance shoes and join the celebration

Boot Camp Fitness (60 minutes)

(Revamped) Interval Madness (60 minutes)
Join us for a mixture of cross-training, aerobic and strength training challenges. This class will challenge your heart and your muscles via a combination of movements such as skipping, cycling and calisthenics. You’ll use the Bosu ball, resistance tubing, body bars and dumb bells too. This is a fantastic total body workout!

Total Balance (60 minutes)
Total Balance is a wonderful mix of pilates, which focuses on strength and hatha yoga, which focuses on relaxation and stretch. This program is designed to create total balance by focusing on mind, body and soul, with a range of breathing and stretching exercises. Ultimately, this complete workout will gently target specific muscle groups and tone problem areas.
