MILITARY PHYSICAL FITNESS:

The vision of the Canadian Forces Health and Physical Fitness Strategy is to “provide the ways and means for every CF member to attain and maintain their personal health and physical fitness sufficient to meet CF operational requirements.”

The strategy is also intended to expand the target clientele of the health and fitness programs by including Regular and Reserve Force members, their families, veterans and retired CF members.

The Valcartier Sports Centre offers a wide range of fitness programs, specialty clinics and courses.

The following program of activities is primarily for CF members. However, activities that are marked with an asterisk are open to DND employees, adult SRP members and the entire military community.
