What is the challenge?

The 4&3 or more per day Challenge uses an online tracker designed to encourage you to meet your target of 4 vegetable and 3 fruit servings or more per day.

 

How it works?

Register online (INTRAnet access required);
Keep track of your daily vegetable and fruit consumption for 2 weeks; and
Update your results online and track your progress.

Healthy Lifestyles 101

The following PDF files are to be reviewed prior to participation in the Air Force Healthy Lifestyle 101 pilot project in class sessions. As part of this program, you will be required to fill out a pre-course questionnaire to determine your knowledge on healthy lifestyle behaviours, complete a 4 hour pre-course reading and an evaluation. Once you have completed the pre-course questionnaire and evaluation, please send the completed forms in a sealed envelope to the following address:
