Nutrition Workshop

Location: 15 Wing Moose Jaw (Bldg 64, Cl 6)

This workshop consists of 5 modules designed to answer all of the most pressing questions in the areas of Diet and Nutrition.

Have you ever pondered the following questions?

  • How many servings of carbohydrates should I really be having in a day?
  • How much energy do I really need for my age and activity level?
  • What is a high protein, low carbohydrate diet?
  • Should I lift weights when I’m trying to lose weight?
  • I eat a healthy diet, why is it so hard to manage my weight?
  • What are nutrients and how do I get them?
