Final

 Cold Lake came out of the gate strong, getting the first shot of the game.  The action went from end to end quickly in the first few minutes.  Edmonton # 12 received a body contact penalty at 2:59.  This turned out as a blessing for Edmonton as they scored the first goal of the game at 3:34 as Cold Lake turned over the puck in their own end.  They were also successful in killing the penalty.  Edmonton pulled ahead by 2 goals at 11:01.  Cold Lake fought back by getting on the board at 1:48 seconds later at 12:48. The second period opened with Edmonton receiving a penalty for hooking at 3:34, but like their first penalty, was able to score short handed.  Cold Lake fought back getting their second goal of the game at 4:55.  They received their first penalty at 5:52 for slashing.  Cold Lake killed the penalty, but Edmonton scored at 7:53.  Edmonton received their second body contact penalty at 10:09, but were unable to score short handed this time.   However they did get their fifth goal of the game before the period ended at 12:37.  Edmonton opened the third period the same way scoring at 3:01. At 7:28 they got their seventh goal.  Cold Lake received a body contact penalty at 7:53.  Cold Lake got into more penalty trouble when they received a slashing penalty at 8:48.   Edmonton capitalized on the 5 on 3 scoring at 9:06.  Edmonton scored at 11:27 for their ninth goal of the game.  Goal Scorers included # 12 for a hat trick, and two goals each from # 22 and # 23 and one goal each from # 9 and # 10.
